Based on a time when life was simpler and houses were funkier, This house would be right at home on the shore or in the woods.

With special details throughout, like its dropped floors and a pass through fireplace, Its a perfect open floor plan solution, and packed with all the latest conveniences.

This plan was based on the original TV sets, which in turn were based in a real home that still stands today.

Although, the original was not built with room for a master and two children's rooms on the second floor, so I have redesigned it to have everything the show had, minus the avocado wall paper.
